Boot Camp by Mission Fitness

Boot Camp by Mission Fitness is a physically and emotionally uplifting intense group fitness class that incorporates a variety of exercises that require little or no equipment. 

This class offers many benefits including:
Weight loss
Increase in cardiovascular endurance
Performance Gains (speed, agility, quickness)
Strength gains
Increase in flexibility

These benefits are achieved through fun group activities that have an emphasis
on the participants working together as a team.

These classes are one hour long, and feature a 1 to 20 instructor to participant ratio.

This boot camp is recommended for members 18 and older, both men and women,
who are looking for a team aspect towards fitness.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:00 p.m.
PAA Gymnasium
These classes will cost $15 per participant, per class.  The first session is free!

Participants can choose to have a pre-boot camp physical assessment during their first week of class at a cost of $15.  The assessment (which is recommended, but optional), is done in co-ed groups of five or more, and includes:
Bodyfat/skinfolds
Circumferences
Weight
BMI
Push-up and sit-up tests
Shuttle run
